Tastes Like Home is an online marketplace that connects home cooks with buyers seeking authentic, home-cooked food. We provide the platform and technology that enables these transactions but do not directly sell food or act as a cook. Our Service includes: - A marketplace for cooks to list and sell home-cooked dishes - A platform for buyers to discover, order, and pay for food - Communication tools for cooks and buyers to coordinate orders - Payment processing and order management systems We are not a restaurant, food delivery service, or catering company. We are a technology platform that facilitates peer-to-peer food transactions.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. As a buyer on Tastes Like Home, you agree to: **Ordering and Pickup** - Place orders in good faith with the intention to complete the purchase - Arrive at the designated pickup location at the agreed-upon time - Inspect food upon pickup and report any issues promptly - Treat cooks with respect and courtesy **Payments** - Provide valid payment information - Pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including any service fees - Understand that payments are processed by our third-party payment processor **Cancellations** - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund - Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a partial refund at our discretion - No-shows without cancellation may forfeit the full payment **Allergies and Dietary Restrictions** - Communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions to the cook - Understand that home kitchens may contain allergens - Accept responsibility for verifying ingredients if you have severe allergies

As a cook on Tastes Like Home, you agree to: **Food Preparation** - Prepare food in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws - Follow food safety best practices and guidelines - Accurately describe dishes, ingredients, and potential allergens - Use fresh, quality ingredients - Maintain a clean and sanitary cooking environment **Listings and Pricing** - Provide accurate descriptions and photos of your dishes - Set fair and transparent prices - Honor orders at the listed price - Keep availability information current **Order Fulfillment** - Accept only orders you can fulfill - Prepare orders on time for the scheduled pickup - Communicate promptly with buyers about any issues - Package food safely and appropriately **Verification and Compliance** - Provide accurate information during the application process - Comply with all applicable cottage food laws and regulations in your area - Maintain any required permits, licenses, or certifications - Allow us to verify your identity and cooking setup **Payments and Fees** - Understand that we charge a platform fee on each transaction - Set up and maintain a valid payout method - Accept that payouts are subject to our standard processing times

You agree not to: - Violate any laws or regulations - Infringe on the rights of others - Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service - Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content - Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users - Post false, misleading, or defamatory content - Circumvent our payment system or fees - Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission - Use the Service for any commercial purpose outside its intended use - Sell alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances - Sell food that is illegal or unsafe

**User Content** Users may post reviews, photos, messages, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. **Review Guidelines** Reviews must: - Be based on genuine experiences - Be honest and accurate - Not contain hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks - Not include personal information of others - Not be incentivized by compensation or threats We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines. **No Warranty** THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. **Food Safety Disclaimer** While we take steps to verify cooks and encourage food safety practices, we cannot guarantee the safety or quality of any food sold through our platform. Buyers accept food at their own risk. **Limitation of Liability** TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASTES LIKE HOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We will work with you in good faith to find a mutually satisfactory resolution. **Governing Law** These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. **Arbitration** Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible. **Class Action Waiver** You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
